Mood Disorder Assessment Validation with Northern Plains Indians
The mood disorder assessment is a 4-year Native American Research Centers for Health (NARCH) project aimed at assessing the use of 10 clinical assessment tools for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal ideation in American Indians in North and South Dakota. The project also assesses the role of spiritual and traditional practices on mental health.
