The SD Tribal Substance Abuse Data Gaps Project

The South Dakota Tribal Substance Abuse Data Gaps Project, funded by the South Dakota Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, provides a framework for the systematic evaluation of substance abuse data gaps among AI/AN populations.  It serves as a preliminary step toward the development of data-driven solutions that will benefit all residents of South Dakota. The project findings recommend strategies that address the data needs of providers of chemical dependency services to American Indians in South Dakota.
